Dubai winter sun from Manchester: budget guide
Updated October 2026 · by the HopCheap team
Dubai isn't a cheap destination, but winter sun there can be done on a budget if you're smart about flights, dates and where you stay. From Manchester it's around 7 hours direct.
Flights from Manchester
Emirates flies Manchester–Dubai direct several times a day. One-stop options (for example via Istanbul, Doha or Abu Dhabi) are sometimes cheaper if you don't mind a longer journey. Also compare flying from London and into Abu Dhabi — the two cities are about 1.5 hours apart by road.
